Radical plans to transform an Ayrshire garden centre could see a café turned into retail units.
A bid to make the changes to Gemmell's Garden Centre in Stair have been lodged with East Ayrshire Council's planning bosses.
Blueprints submitted to council chiefs show that the Stair business proses to split the majority of the venue that once housed a cafe and kitchen into five retail units, all with individual toilets.
The big plans will be considered by East Ayrshire planners at a future date.
