A woman who racially abused a bouncer in a vile rant complained at door staff who filmed her tirade but claimed she “didn’t care” if she went viral.
Shocking footage captures the moment Tia Simmonds, 21, hurled racist insults at a bouncer after she was kicked out of the Levana Bar, in Birmingham.
Despite prolonged footage of her being racist, Ms Simmonds claimed she just “got a bit worked up”.
She insisted being partly of Caribbean heritage meant she could not be racist even though she was speaking to a bouncer of Asian heritage.
She can be seen spewing her foul-mouthed tirade shouting: “F****** suck your mother. You’re a f****** p*** bruv.”
She also appears to call one a crackhead before she realises she’s being filmed and makes an attempt to cover her face.
When a security guard tells her to “carry on, you’re going viral” barmaid Ms Simmonds said: “I don’t care” before continuing her rant, last Thursday.
Ms Simmonds complained that the door staff were filming her outburst in a clip that was initially posted on TikTok.
It has circulated across social media and been viewed tens of thousands of times.
Speaking out after the ordeal, Ms Simmonds from Leicester told The Sun : “I am sorry for what people think I said. I apologise if people feel I have offended anyone.
“I got a bit worked up, I was arguing with them but I didn't call the Asian man a racist word. I didn’t hear any racist comments.
She insisted: “I’m not racist. I’m quarter black so how can I be?”
Her mother said: “My daughter’s no racist. She is quarter black, her dad is Caribbean. The majority of her friends are black and Asian.”
But admitted she was “not proud of what she’s done. She was out of order."
West Midlands Police said they were aware of the video but had not been called to the incident.
The 21-year-old has said she is receiving death threats after her racist tirade went viral.
The disturbing footage comes just weeks after Sharna Walker, 25, admitted racially aggravated assault following a similar incident outside another Birmingham bar.
She was filmed calling bouncer Tristan Price a "n***" and spitting at him during a racist outburst outside The Figure of Eight Wetherspoons on May 22.
Walker, of Worcester, pleaded guilty to racially aggravated common assault at Birmingham Magistrates' Court last month and is yet to be sentenced.
Social media users called on police to also take action against the latest racist outburst although no arrests have been made.
One web user commented: "Why are the police not involved in this, this should not go unpunished."
Another added: "Absolutely disgusting behaviour, this should not be happening in this day and age."
A third person wrote: "She should be ashamed of herself. This is just appalling. Nobody deserves that when they are just trying to do their jobs."
