Tuesday's card at Fairyhouse will go ahead after the course passed a morning inspection.
The first of eight scheduled races will get under way at 11.55am on heavy going.
Racing could not take place at the track on Monday because of waterlogging, and a 7.30am inspection was announced to assess conditions for the second day of the meeting.
Conditions improved sufficiently, however - and after a further 2-3mm of rain anticipated before racing, a dry afternoon is forecast.
