Rachel Stevens has reportedly split from her boyfriend, Dancing On Ice professional Brendyn Hatfield, after three years of dating.
The S Club 7 star, 47, and American dancer, 40, announced their romance in November 2022, months after they were partnered together on the ITV ice skating competition.
The duo are believed to have recently parted ways after drifting apart and struggling to combine their blended families, meaning Stevens is now single for the first time in 20 years.
The reported separation comes three years after the end of Stevens’ marriage to childhood sweetheart Alex Bourne, with whom she shares daughters Minnie and Amelie.
"It is incredibly sad and a relatively recent thing. Both Rachel and Brendyn felt there was no way forward for them,” a source told The Sun.
"Rachel recently took herself to Marbella with her two daughters to get some much-needed headspace, and Brendyn and his young son have now moved out of the family home into a flat.”
The insider went on: "There is still a lot of affection there, and no regrets. But it isn't easy trying to make a blended family run seamlessly and in the end, tensions between Rachel and Brendyn got too much and they don't ever want to row in front of their kids who remain their priority.”
The source added that the exes are “heartbroken” but keen to “maintain a friendship”.
The Standard has contacted representatives for Stevens and Hatfield for comment.
Stevens and Hatfield went official with their romance months after she announced her split from estate agent Bourne after 12 years of marriage.
The exes still follow each other on Instagram, with Stevens last posting about Hatfield in January to celebrate the skater’s 40th birthday.
"Celebrating my today,” she wrote alongside several snaps of them kissing and posing together.
“My love, my soul mate. Happiest of birthdays my darling and welcome to the 40s club.
"Hope this is your best decade yet full of everything you wish for. I love you with all my heart."
Hatfield has a young son from a previous relationship.
