Rachel Riley revealed she started potty training her daughter Maven when she was just three months old.
The Countdown genius potty trained Maven - who is now 17 months old - early in an attempt to be more eco-friendly.
"We started potty training Mave when she was really teeny tiny," the 35-year-old explained to The Sun. "We saved loads of money, and loads of plastic too.
"And we use cloth nappies — when you’ve got a baby, you’re doing more washing anyway."
The maths whizz is expecting her second child with Strictly pro husband Pasha Kovalev - who she married in Las Vegas in 2019 - in October this year.
She hopes to ditch disposable nappies with her second child too.
Rachel recently said she had been struggling with 'pregnancy throat burn' and shared a snap of her baby bump.
"It's that time again. Four months left of pregnancy throat burn but at least I have somewhere to keep my tablets," she confessed.
She had a bottle of TUMS assorted berries resting on her bump.
Rachel revealed she is pregnant with the second child back in April.
The telly star confirmed the happy news in a post on Twitter, sharing a picture of herself standing in front of the Countdown board holding a hand over her baby bump.
She wrote: "A special teatime teaser!

"And your clue is... Riley had this to thank for the reason her clothes no longer fit her... And it’ll only get worse till Autumn!

Rachel and Strictly professional Pasha met in 2013 following the breakdown of her marriage to first husband Jamie Gilbert.
She was said to have grown close to her dance partner during her stint on the show, and they later went public with their romance.
Rachel and Pasha later moved in together and confirmed they were starting a family together in 2019, later welcoming their daughter Mave.
Before little Mave was born, the two flew off to Las Vegas to marry in secret and later jetted back to England.
The couple later confirmed the happy news, with Rachel sharing a wedding picture on Instagram and writing: "Introducing the new Mr and Mrs Kovalev...
"We both said yes!"
