A contestant on BBC hit show Race Across the World is rushed to hospital in dramatic scenes to be aired tonight.
Dom is seen being pushed in a wheelchair attached to breathing apparatus, moments after he was tended to medics as he lay collapsed on the ground
His sister Lizzie is left distraught and in tears as she frantically calls for an ambulance, in Peru.
The BBC2 programme, now in its second series, is a massive ratings hit with more than 4million tuning in.
Viewers will find out the full extent of the medical drama tonight – and if it curtails their expedition or not.

It is the second misfortune to befall siblings Dom, 22, and Lizzie, 21, from Wetherby in Yorkshire, who had earlier been forced to re-route over a state of emergency in Ecuador.
The first series on the show was the highest rated new factual entertainment title across BBC Two since 2016.
Dom and Lizzie have been battling it out with other couples to win a cash prize of £20,000.

The contestants are racing from the top to bottom of Latin America: from Mexico City to the most southernly city in the world, Ushuaia in Argentina
Competitors are unable to use smartphones, the internet or credit cards and only have the cash equivalent of a one-way airfare.
There are currently four teams left on the show after one couple were forced to drop out having lost their money
Race Across the World airs Sunday’s 8pm on BBC Two.
