The Portuguese boss replaced Sam Allardyce in May 2018 but was relieved of his duties in December 2019 following a poor start to the campaign.
Everton recorded an eighth-place finish during his maiden season and Silva enjoyed a famous 4-0 victory over Manchester United at Goodison Park as well as making several astute signings such as Richarlison, Lucas Digne and Andre Gomes.
He was eventually replaced by Carlo Ancelotti and is yet to return to football management.
