'Quick reminder the transfer market is open' - These Arsenal fans frustrated by lack of signings

Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to voice their frustration over the club's lack of transfer activity this summer.

The Gunners once again missed out on Champions League football last season, with defeat to Chelsea in the Europa League final bringing the curtain down on a disappointing campaign for Unai Emery's side.

Following the conclusion of the season, Arsenal fans were hoping for a summer squad overhaul, in a bid to give themselves a chance of returning to the top four.

But as football.london have reportedly previously, it appears the Gunners hierarchy are only prepared to give the Spaniard a transfer kitty of around £45million.

Such a limited transfer budget quickly ended any hopes the Gunners faithful had of securing Europe's top talent this summer.

And following the news that Alexis-Claude Maurice, a reported target, had opted to join Borussia Monchengladbach over the club, Gunners fans took to the social media site to make their feelings known.
