Quenton Nelson joins elite company in All-Pro selections

We know that Indianapolis Colts left guard Quenton Nelson is a special player, but some of his accomplishments are being done at a historic level.

Nelson has been named a First-Team All-Pro in each of his first three seasons. The only other player to do so in the last 30 years is former Detroit Lions running back Barry Sanders.

Nelson has been everything the Colts wanted and more when they selected him with the No. 6 overall pick in the 2018 NFL draft. He moves people in the run game and has become a stellar pass protector.

According to Pro Football Focus, Nelson allowed just 15 total pressures and one sack throughout the entire 2020 season. Throughout his career, Nelson has allowed just three sacks.

Nelson is on a historic pace that will likely end up with him being in the Hall of Fame if he keeps this up.
