A 19-year-old woman who is banned from going within 250 metres of Prime Minister Scott Morrison has fronted court charged with public nuisance.
Tyler Michelle Hingst allegedly took part in a protest when Mr Morrison visited Queensland during the state election campaign.
The protest took place when the Prime Minister toured a COVID-19 vaccine lab at the University of Queensland on October 12.
Red paint was thrown at his white ministerial BMW and the glass doors of the university's Australian Institute of Bio-engineering and Nanotechnology while Mr Morrison was in the building.
Hingst, 19, appeared in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Tuesday to face one count of public nuisance.
No details about the charge were heard in court.
Hingst's bail conditions state she must not go within 250 metres of the Prime Minister, according to court documents.
She is also banned from attending any location that Mr Morrison is expected to attend, or where he is conducting a media event, publicity event or any official business.
Hingst is due to appear in the same court on February 2.
