Queensland's COVID exposure site list expands to Brisbane suburbs including Carindale's Westfield Shopping Centre

Health authorities have added more venues across Brisbane to Queensland exposure site list after a new locally acquired case of COVID-19 was detected on the Gold Coast.

Among the newer locations are several stores at the Westfield Shopping Centre at Carindale, a bottle shop at Camp Hill and a Woolworths in Cannon Hill all in Brisbane's east.

This afternoon, Queensland Health advised of more sites on the Gold Coast, including at Nerang and at Surfers Paradise.

It comes after cases detected earlier in the week were found to be infectious in the community for several days across Brisbane.

The Queensland Health contact tracing sites list is regularly updated as new information comes to hand.

See the health advice in the below table (click "More" if you are on a mobile device) for what to do if you have visited any of the sites rated as close contact, casual contact or low-risk contact.
