Queen stresses shared values as US President Trump visits UK

US President Donald Trump has toasted his country's alliance with Britain during a state banquet hosted by Queen Elizabeth II on his first official visit to the United Kingdom.

But despite warm exchanges with British royalty, Trump has already ruffled feathers with controversial comments about the mayor of London.
