During the celebrations, which were hosted by Ant and Dec, she simply could not hide her joy any longer when she spotted the Jersey and Red Sussex cows.
The Queen's love for her famed corgis was the most recognisable, but the Queen also admired farm animals too.
She was a keen breeder of cows herself, and had the biggest herd of Sussex cows in the world at her Windsor estate. A few years ago, in an episode of Countryfile, it was revealed that her cattle slept on waterbeds.
In the clip, her eyes widened as she turned to her husband Philip whilst exclaiming 'cows!' as she pointed at them excitedly. Philip responded to her and she beamed whilst she looked happily at the farmyard animal.
Philip looked adoringly at her, seeming to find it heartwarming and wholesome that she'd become so exhilarated by the cows. As the clip ends, the pair can be seen discussing the moment.

On Twitter, people reacted to the adorable clip, saying it had made them happy in a time of mourning.
One person wrote: "We wouldn’t have trusted her if she didn’t exclaim 'cows'!"
Another wrote: "There is not a trace of sarcasm when I say I do actually love this."
"Made me cry", one added.
Someone else said: "I love cows, and I have exactly the same reaction when I see them. God bless Her Majesty."
Another commented: "You have to point and say ‘cows’ whenever you see cows….The Queen….she understood the assignment", followed by a crown emoji and a heartbroken one too.
"So endearing and girlish to the end", one reminicsed.
Another left a heartwarming tribute: "As a Jerseyman I can tell you that the cows of Jersey are mooing in mourning for the sad loss of our wonderful Queen. Very special relationship with our small island. Long live the King."
