The Queen has had to pull out of a longstanding engagement today after falling ill.
She was forced to skip her annual tea and cake engagement at the Sandringham branch of the Women's Institute because she has a cold.
The 93-year-old monarch has attended the annual appointment since 1943 but did not make today's meeting.
Shortly before the meeting was due to start a member of her security team at the event told assembled reporters and photographers that she would not be coming this year.
Around half-an-hour before she was due to arrive, the security detail told Press Association the Queen has a cold and is "not feeling up to it".
Her majesty ordinarily joins the group at the West Newton village hall and listens to a speech.
Her Majesty has been attending the meetings for decades, taking over as President from the Queen Mother, who took over the role from Queen Mary.
Members welcome a different guest speaker each year, and enjoy tea and cakes.
This year BBC News at Ten presenter Huw Edwards delivered the speech to the institute without their royal guest present.
The Queen has been at her Sandringham estate since Christmas.
She stays at the Norfolk Estate until February 6, a date which has special meaning for the monarch.
Her father, King George VI, died at Sandringham, and she prefers to stay at the estate to mark the anniversary of his passing.
