Leeds United have had a busy week in the summer transfer window.
The Whites have added two new players ahead of their return to the Premier League in just under two weeks’ time.
Rodrigo arrived from Valencia in a club-record £27 million deal and was quickly joined by defender Robin Koch who signed from Freiburg for a fee in the region of £13 million.
Leeds have also been linked to a number of other players as they look to continue to strengthen their squad during the transfer window.
The club have seen a bid rejected for Rangers winger Ryan Kent, while an agreement is said to be close between Leeds and Udinese over midfielder Rodrigo De Paul.
But the transfer window isn’t always about incomings, with players possibly on the way out of Elland Road before the end of the season in the search for increased game time.
The latest to be linked with a move away is forward Tyler Roberts with the Times claiming that Derby County are showing an interest in the Wales international.
But that report hasn’t gone down well with Leeds fans, who all share the same opinion as to where the 21-year-old’s future should lie.
Roberts played a total of 23 games in the Championship last season, scoring four goals and providing one assist as Leeds lifted the title.
Most of the forward’s positions came off the bench, although he did get more of a chance to impress towards the end of the campaign.
Roberts has been at Leeds since arriving from West Bromwich Albion in January 2018 and has scored a total of seven goals in his 54 appearances for the club.
