Quadruple amputee cornhole player accused of fatal shooting

  • Dayton James Webber, a professional cornhole player and quadruple amputee, has been accused of first-degree murder in rural Maryland.
  • Webber is charged with fatally shooting 27-year-old Bradrick Michael Wells during an argument inside a car on Sunday night.
  • Webber asked other passengers who were inside the car to help remove Wells' body, but they refused and flagged down police, according to the Charles County Sheriff's Office.
  • Webber then reportedly fled with the victim's body, which was later found in a yard on Newport Church Road in Charlotte Hall.
  • Known for his athletic achievements and disability advocacy after losing all four limbs as an infant, Webber was arrested at a hospital in Virginia.
