Matt Phillips is in talks with Crystal Palace, Sunderland and West Bromwich Albion, as Queens Park Rangers look to offload him as part of sweeping changes to their squad before their return to the Championship.
The 24-year-old winger, who joined QPR from Blackpool in 2013 for £5m, finished last season strongly under the manager, Chris Ramsey.
Phillips’s suitors believe he has the quality to remain in the Premier League and they are also aware QPR are open to offers.
They intend to reduce their wage bill dramatically over the summer and they have already released a host of players, with several more returning after loan spells to their parent clubs.
