QPR accept Swansea City bid for Ryan Manning - reports

Queens Park Rangers have accepted a bid from Swansea City for Ryan Manning, according to reports.

The 24-year-old is a man who has been firmly on the Swans' radar in the summer transfer window.

He can operate in midfield and as a left wing-back, which comes as a huge boost to Steve Cooper who was eager to add cover to his squad.

Declan John has no place in Cooper's plans, and on transfer deadline day, Sky Sports state that the Rs have accepted a bid from Swansea for Manning.

They will now aim to thrash out the details for a permanent deal in a bid to ensure Manning is a Swansea player by close of play on Friday.

The Republic of Ireland Under-21 international joined QPR from Galway United in 2015 and has made 95 appearances for the club, scoring seven goals.

He also joined Rotherham United on loan during the 2018/19 campaign.

Manning scored against Plymouth Argyle in the Carabao Cup on what remains as his only appearance for QPR this term.
