A man is in a critical condition after allegedly being shot in the leg in Brisbane's north.
Queensland Police said the man - believed to be aged in his late 30s - was found with a gun shot wound at a Wavell Heights address when officers were called out on Friday morning.
The man was taken from the Highlands Street address to hospital with a "significant leg wound".
The address has been declared a crime scene.
Queensland Police are investigating.
