A southeast Queensland anaesthetist accused of inappropriately touching and photographing three women has had his case mentioned in court.
The 59-year-old man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is charged with three counts each of sexual assault and recordings in breach of privacy.
Police allege he inappropriately touched the three women aged in their 20s while they were unconscious, between November 2020 and February.
The man's case was mentioned for the first time in Toowoomba Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
His appearance was excused at the request of his legal representative.
The man's bail has been enlarged and the matter is due back in the same court on August 31.
