A teenager is in a critical condition after being involved in a crash with a bus while being chased by police.
The 17-year-old was on a moped when the crash happened in Putney, south west London.
He had failed to stop for officers in Putney High Street, and the crash happened on Upper Richmond Road at around 1.20am.
The case is being investigated by the Met's Directorate of Professional Standards.
A statement from the Met Police said: "At around 01:20hrs on Monday, 25 March, the rider of a motorcycle failed to stop for police in Putney High Street near the junction with Upper Richmond Road.

"A short time later the moped was in collision with a bus on Upper Richmond Road.
"The moped rider – a 17-year-old male – was taken to hospital.

"His condition has been assessed as life-threatening.
"There are no other reported injuries.
"As is routine in such cases, the DPS have been informed."
