Putin pleads for oligarch donations as Ukraine war funds run low

Russian President Vladimir Putin has reportedly asked oligarchs to donate to the national budget to help stabilise the country's finances.
Putin also stated that Russia will continue its military operations until it controls the remaining parts of Ukraine's eastern Donbas region.
Donald Trump suggested the US could divert weapons intended for Ukraine to the Middle East.
This suggestion came despite Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's plea for Europe to prevent Putin from exploiting the escalating Iranian crisis.
Trump further commented that 'Ukraine's not our war,' echoing sentiments from the German Chancellor regarding the Iran conflict.
