Pussycat Dolls spark outrage amongst parents with scantily-clad dance on breakfast TV

The Pussycat Dolls have outraged parents after performing an ultra sexy, scantily-clad dance on breakfast TV.

Nicole Scherzinger led the eye-popping routine along with bandmates Kimberly Wyatt, Ashley Roberts, Jessica Sutta and Carmit Bacha on daytime talk show Australia's Sunrise on Friday.

The five ladies slipped into fishnets and lingerie-style dresses for the show-stopping performance.

They gyrated on chairs and shook their hips during the morning show, which left viewers feeling "uncomfortable".

Lead singer Nicole shouted: "We're here to start your morning off right. Feeling real strong, real sexy inside!"

However viewers weren't huge fans of the girls' seductive routine, with one writing: "Let's be honest. @pussycatdolls aren't famous for their music. #SunriseStripShow "

Another penned: "Uncomfortable explaining to kids why a singing strip show is on.. because that's what every little girl should aspire to."

And a third shared: "I don't think dressing like a stripper is all that empowering. Becoming a doctor, lawyer or CEO is empowering."

It comes after their first live appearance at London's iconic G-A-Y venue in recent weeks, which became a sold-out event.

Nicole opted for a raunchy white leotard and fishnet tights, paired with a statement cropped red jacket.

Her bandmates went for similar edgy looks, complete with corsets, leather gloves and heeled boots.

Hundreds of loyal fans are believed to have queued outside the venue to get a glimpse of the sexy girl group while they performed a medley of their world famous pop tunes.
