The Pussycat Dolls gig in Llanelli has been permanently cancelled after organisers failed to find a suitable new date for the rearranged show.
The American all-female group were originally due to perform at Parc y Scarlets on Saturday, July 4, last year but the concert was postponed due to the pandemic.
It was hoped that it would be rescheduled for this year but it has now been confirmed that it will not be going ahead as a "suitable date couldn't be found in the band's schedule".
Fans who had tickets for the concert will automatically receive a full refund.
A statement from the Scarlets said: "It is with regret that The Pussycat Dolls concert, which was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, has unfortunately now been cancelled.
"Organisers were hopeful of securing a new date for the band to perform once restrictions were lifted in 2021, however a suitable date could not be found in the band’s schedule.
"All ticket holders will automatically receive a full refund on their tickets and should contact their point of purchase for any enquiries."

It went on to say: "Please understand that all ticket agents, venues and promoters are extremely busy, working with skeleton staff in these unprecedented times, so ask for patience when processing refunds for cancelled shows.
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and understanding."
The chart-topping five-piece have already rescheduled their date at the Motorpoint Arena, in Cardiff, twice with a concert due to go ahead on Friday, May 21.
