Harry Redknapp says Tottenham Hotspur need just one or two good signings to turn them into title challengers.
Spurs have fallen away in the league over the past two seasons after previously looking like they were set to consistently challenge for the title.
Yet former Spurs boss Redknapp told talkSPORT that he does not think they are that far off, and praised the facilities the club now have at their disposal.
Pointing to the likes of Dele Alli and Harry Kane, Redknapp urged owner Joe Lewis to splash the cash and bring in some more quality in order to properly launch a title bid.
"Dele Alli, I love him, I think he's top drawer," Redknapp enthused.
"Him and Harry Kane up front, they're full of quality, aren't they?
"Son is an amazing player.
"So you'd expect them to push on, the stadium is unbelievable and the training ground is fantastic, so it's all in place.
"They just need one or two good acquisitions to the team.
"Push the boat out, it's not like they're short of money.
"Joe Lewis is one of the richest men in the world and I'm sure that, if he wants to have a crack at it, then there's no reason why they shouldn't bring one or two top players in and try for the Premier League title."
