LUDHIANA: Ludhiana reported 29 Covid-19 cases and one death on Friday.
A day before, One person died of Covid-19 whereas forty five persons had tested positive for the disease.
Health department officials said that as no Covid related death happened in Ludhiana on Friday the total number of deaths of the Ludhiana remined at 3009 whereas with one person of Hoshiarpur district dying of the disease, the number of deaths of outer districts/state in Ludhiana Hospitals was 1,136.
Health department said that till date 3850792 suspects have been tested for Covid in Ludhiana District. It added that seventeen persons from Ludhiana tested positive for Covid whereas twelve from outer districts/states were found to be infected with Virus here on Friday.
