MOHALI: A fully-vaccinated 51-year-old man with comorbidities died of Covid-19 in Mohali on Friday. The death due to the virus was reported after 11 days. The health department officials said, "The patient was a resident of Samgoli in Derabassi and was admitted to Indus International Hospital, Mohali.He was fully vaccinated and was suffering from chronic kidney disease, diabetes type-II, and hypertension."
Besides, 39 positive cases were reported on the day in the district. Of the 96,546 cases reported so far, 95,152 have recovered. There are 243 active cases. The district's toll tally is 1,151. Meanwhile, 1,260 people were vaccinated on the day.
