Former Derby County manager Gary Rowett says Sabri Lamouchi's relaxed demeanour is a key factor in Nottingham Forest's flying start to the season.
Forest's 3-2 win at Stoke City on Friday night took the Reds to the top of the Championship as they made it eight unbeaten in the league.
The visitors went behind for the fourth time this season but they are yet to lose in that situation.
Rowett says Lamouchi's tactics and coaching has been impressive, but the Frenchman's laid back approach is also important.
"You look at some clubs that take a while to get going. He's gone in there instantly, into a different division he openly admits he doesn't know much about," the former Stoke manager told Sky Sports.
"You can see the quality of his work with the way they defend, with the discipline and the compactness.

"He spoke about them needing to be being better on the ball, but they managed the game, even when Stoke were the better side they managed the moments really well. They didn't panic.
"You see his demeanour, it's assured and composed and it seems he's transmitting that to his players."
