It's the hunt I love. Finding that diamond in the rough keeps me sipping and smiling. A recent local wine show led me to Thomas Henry Pinot Noir. I expected to find great wine, but not for $15.99. The first sip makes you do a double take on the price tag. Tom Meadowcroft crafted Thomas Henry wines as an homage to his father, Thomas Henry Meadowcroft. Quality wines at an affordable price is the winery's mission. This pinot has been exceptional the past three years. Easy pleasin' with lush raspberry and tart cherry flavors. A great co-star with Edgar's pulled pork. I had an encore bottle with nibbles of BellaVitano cheese and soppressata. My taste buds went wild. I'll be surprised if yours don't.
