“The entire nation has been gripped by the Euros and this will ensure people can come together to enjoy the final in pubs, should they wish to do so.”

Covid restrictions will still be in place on July 11 and pubs must abide by them.

This includes sticking to table service only, wearing a face covering and keeping a one metre distance to help prevent the spread of Covid.

England is due to face off against Denmark on Wednesday July 7 with kick off starting at 8pm.

If they beat Denmark in the semi-final they will qualify to play in the final against Spain or Italy who are playing at 8pm tonight.

The English team have never won the Euro championship, the closes they came was in 1968 when they finished third in the championship.
