Public warned not to approach wanted 'vulnerable' teen who escaped from security staff

Police are appealing for help to locate a 15-year-old boy who escaped from security staff.

Jayden Brown, who is from London but has links to Swansea , is wanted by officers who want to speak to him in connection with an assault.

He got away from security staff at Cardiff West Service Station on Wednesday afternoon, September 18, and South Wales Police said concern was growing for his welfare.

They said Jayden, who is 5ft 10in tall, might be using public transport or hitchhiking in order to travel. When last seen, Jayden was wearing trainers and jogging bottoms, but no top.

He is considered vulnerable and should not be approached by the public, according to the police.

Anyone who believes they may have seen him, or has any information on his whereabouts, should contact 999 as a matter of urgency, quoting incident 711 of September 18.
