Public warned not to approach tattooed suspect after woman assaulted

Police are urgently searching for suspect in connection with an assault on a woman.

James Moles, 35 – who has a tattoo of “nan” on his chest – should not be approached by members of the public, Scotland Yard warned.

The female was attacked in west London on March 31.

She is being supported by officers and did not require hospital treatment.

Moles has links to Hounslow, Brentford, Chiswick, Southall, Hammersmith and Fulham, as well as Dagenham and Brighton.

He sports a number of tattoos, a sleeve on his right arm with a dragon and a red rose on his left forearm.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “Anyone who knows of his whereabouts, or has information that could assist police, is asked to call 999 or tweet @MetCC and quote CAD 1614/10APR23.

“The public are advised not to approach Moles but to call police straight away with immediate sightings or information.

“Alternatively, please contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
