Members of the public have been warned after reports that a bull is on the loose.
The animal was last spotted in the Greenhall Highway area and pathway close to the Montra Club in Coleraine.
Officers are urging people to avoid the area and not to approach the bull if they spot it, Belfast Live reports.
A PSNI North Coast spokesperson said: "Police in Coleraine are dealing with an incident, a distressed ‘BULLOCK', on the public footway between Greenhall Highway and Coleraine West Community Centre. Please avoid the area."
