Public told to call 999 if they see this man as police 'extremely concerned' for his welfare

Police ask public to call 999 if they see missing David Horton as they are 'extremely concerned' for his welfare.

Officers at Avon and Somerset Constabulary have launched an urgent appeal to track down the 38-year-old after he disappeared around 3pm today, (December 18).

David left home in Whitchurch on foot and maybe using public transport.

He is described as white, about 5ft 8ins tall, stocky, bald and clean-shaven with tattoos on his arms and legs.

It's believed he was wearing a dark-coloured quilted jacket, joggers and white trainers.

A force spokesperson said: "He was reported missing just before 4.40pm today, Friday 18 December and we’re extremely concerned for his welfare.

"If you know where David is now, call 999 quoting reference 5220283569.

"If you have seen him or have another other information which could help ring 101 giving the same reference."
