A further 2,262 cases of coronavirus have been detected in Scotland within the last 24 hours.
Data has been published this afternoon by the Scottish Government and Public Health Scotland (PHS) as part of the national Covid-19 daily briefing.
Nationally, there are 917 patients being treated in hospital which is up 15 from yesterday. There are currently 59 people with the disease being treated in ICUs.
The number of newly-reported positive coronavirus cases recorded by NHS Ayrshire & Arran has increased by 114 to 44,553.
Of the new cases, 45 were from East Ayrshire, 41 in North Ayrshire and 28 attributed to South Ayrshire.
A total of 629,849 positive tests have now been recorded from 3.381 million tests carried out since the start of the pandemic.
According to Public Health Scotland's rolling seven-day infection rate per 100,000 population, Clackmannanshire has the highest rate in the country – at 563.5 as of Monday, October 25.
East Ayrshire has the second-highest infection rate at 451.5 while West Lothian is third with 441.7.
In terms of Ayrshire's other local authorities, the rate is 307.6 in North Ayrshire while South Ayrshire's is 300.5.
A total of 19 of Scotland's 32 council regions have an infection rate below the national average of 321.9.

There have been another 20 deaths which means 9,072 people have passed away since March 2020.
However, data from the National Records of Scotland (NRS) shows 11,406 deaths had been registered up to Sunday, October 17 where the disease was mentioned on the death certificate.
Across the UK, the figure is 139,571 as of last night.
There are 108 patients being treated for the disease in Ayrshire hospitals, which is down two on yesterday, and seven in ICUs, which is the same as yesterday.
Nationally, a total of 4,309,932 people have received the first dose of a Covid vaccine and 3,897,133 have received their second dose.
