Public appeal launched for help finding 14 year old boy missing from Artane home

A public appeal has been launched for help finding a teenage boy who has been missing from his north Dublin home since this morning.

Alex Sherry, 14, is missing from his home in the Malahide Road area of Artane, Dublin 5.

He is described as being approximately 5'6", with black hair, of large build with brown eyes.

When last seen Alex was wearing a navy jacket, grey shorts and was carrying an Under Armour bag and was riding a bright green bicycle.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts are asked to contact Gardai in Coolock on 01 666 4200 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.
