PUBG: Battlegrounds EWC 2026 schedule
The PUBG: Battlegrounds tournament at Esports World Cup 2026 runs from July 21 to 26. The Group Stage is scheduled for July 21 to 23, while the Grand Finals take place from July 24 to 26.
The event features 18 Group Stage matches and 18 Grand Finals matches across three days, with 24 teams in total. The top 16 after the Group Stage become the Finals teams, and the game mode to be played is Squads TPP on PC.

PUBG EWC 2026 format and prize pool
PUBG: Battlegrounds uses a classic battle royale tournament structure at EWC 2026 built around placement points, eliminations, and consistency across multiple matches.
In the Group Stage, the 24 teams are split into three groups of eight and play cross-group round-robin matches, with each team playing 12 matches total. The top 16 teams move on to the Grand Finals, while the bottom eight are eliminated.
The Grand Finals are played over three days with 16 teams and 18 matches. Smash Rule is applied on Day 3 of the finals stage, which means the title can end as soon as a match-point eligible team secures a Chicken Dinner. If no match-point eligible team wins before the end of the finals, the team with the highest total points takes the championship.
