PSNI Lisburn appeal after road rage incident resulted in 'serious injuries'

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward following a serious assault which stemmed from a road-rage incident in Lisburn.

Officers say the alleged assault occurred on Saturday, November 14 at approximately 5.30pm at Cromwell's Highway, Lisburn.

Making a direct appeal to a female passenger of a Nissan Quashqai to get in touch, a PSNI spokesperson said: "Police are appealing for witnesses in relation to an assault that took place on Saturday 14th November at approximately 5.30pm.

"The assault stemmed from a road rage incident involving a white Nissan Qashqai. It occurred at Cromwell’s Highway, Lisburn and the injuries were serious.

"Police are appealing to speak with a female passenger of the Nissan Qashqai.

"Should [you] have witnessed this, or have any information then please get in touch with police in Lisburn on 101 quoting serial number 1464 of 14th November."
