PSNI launch Christmas Eve missing person appeal

Police have launched a missing persons appeal for a man who last last seen at 4am today.

Derek Smyth was wearing a blue t-shirt, grey tracksuit bottoms and white trainers.

A PSNI spokesperson said: " Police in Omagh are requesting assistance in locating Derek Smyth. Derek was last seen in the Dromore area at approximately 0400hrs.

"Anyone who has seen Derek please contact 101 and provide reference number CC222 24.12.20."
