Police are appealing for witnesses after a group of teenagers were reportedly approached by two men in Annalong on Saturday.
It is understood the two girls and boy were approached by a male driving a silver-coloured people-carrier vehicle at approximately 8:50pm on the Moneydarragh Road .
A PSNI spokesperson appealed for witnesses to get in touch.
Inspector O’Connor said: "It was reported that at approximately 8:50pm, a silver-coloured people-carrier vehicle pulled up alongside three teenagers, two girls and a boy, who were walking along the Moneydarragh Road.
"The driver is described as being aged in his early forties, with short black hair and of a skinny build and had a beard, possibly black or grey-coloured. A passenger in the vehicle is described as being aged in his early forties with a black goatee.
“When the driver of the vehicle reportedly made remarks to one of the girls, the three teens ran away.
“Anyone who was in the area and who saw this vehicle, or witnessed the interaction, is asked to contact police on 101.”
