PSNI appeal after pedestrian hit by cyclist in Omagh

Police in Omagh are appealing for witnesses after a woman was knocked over by a cyclist on a footpath in the town.

The incident took place on the Market Street area of the Co Tyrone town on Monday, September 27 around 3.30pm.

The PSNI have asked anyone who may have seen the incident or have dashcam footage to come forward.

Police Fermanagh & Omagh said in a post on Facebook: "Can you help? A pedestrian has reported being knocked over by a cyclist while she was walking along the footpath of the Dublin Road close to the junction with Market Street in Omagh town centre at 3:30pm on September 27.

"If you saw this or perhaps captured what happened on dash cam please contact police on 101 and quote reference CW1940 of September 27th."
