Paris Saint-Germain announced their provisional 25-man squad ahead of their clash with Manchester City in the Champions League semi-final at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday night.
Despite Kylian Mbappe sustaining a knock on Saturday which caused him to subsequently leave the field limping, he has been included in the squad to face City, and he will be looking to continue his rich vein of form in the competition.
“We think he’s okay and that he’ll be ready for Wednesday," Pochettino said after PSG's game against Metz at the weekend. “We reviewed the action, we see the blow. We are not worried about him."
Mbappe has delivered some outstanding performances for PSG in the Champions League knockout phase this term, scoring four against Barcelona in the last 16 before netting a brace against the reigning champions Bayern Munich in the quarter-finals.
Elsewhere, the French giants have an array of talent in their squad with Neymar, Angel Di Maria, Mauro Icardi and Marco Verratti all at Pochettino's disposal while Everton's loanee Moise Kean could also be involved against the Blues.
There are no surprise omissions from the PSG squad, although the experienced Juan Bernat hasn't been included due to injury.
The 25-man squad will be reduced to a 23-man squad by the time the teams are announced around 75 minutes before the 8pm BST kick-off.
