PSG fans give their Celtic verdict after 4-0 win over Scottish champions

PSG fans were unimpressed with Celtic as they swept Neil Lennon's team aside.

Kylian Mbappe put the home side ahead within 60 seconds at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday night, and with his side 2-0 up at half-time told reporters it was "a good level match, against a team that came to play and put us in difficulty."

His manager Thomas Tuchel, meanwhile, called Celtic "a very strong team" after the game finished 4-0.

Fans of the Ligue 1 champions, however, were less complimentary.

Neil Lennon described Neymar's behaviour during the match as "maddening", to which @XavIcardi responded: "We have bitter defeat @CelticFC."

There was an equally unforgiving response from @marcuspanam, who said: "Bah, the Celtic coach told us he was going to win. S*** then."

With PSG's Ligue 1 rivals Marseille preparing to take on Bayern Munich, @arnaud_ri tweeted: "Bayern are also preparing against a mediocre club as Paris is doing against Celtic."

Celtic's French striker Odsonne Edouard failed to impress @slouby10, who said: "Defensively, it was catastrophic, luckily it was just Celtic in front, with the terrible Edouard in 9, another nugget from the centre lost according to the French journalists. The guy played hide and seek."
