PSG drop massive Hector Bellerin transfer hint amid talk of £25m move for Arsenal defender

Champions League finalists Paris Saint-Germain may have dropped a hint over the potential signing of Arsenal full-back Hector Bellerin.

The French club have been linked with a move for the Gunners right-back with talk of a £25million bid, and no doubt, that talk will now intensify after PSG sporting director Leonardo Araújo admitted he is in the market for a player in Bellerin's position.

“After Meunier’s departure, we need to sign a RB," he said.

And that has supporters in a frenzy over whether Bellerin could be the man snapped up by PSG to fill the vacant position.

Arsenal's next move after Gabriel

The 25-year-old has been mentioned among a list of names Arsenal could sacrifice to increase their transfer budget for incomings this summer.

He made just 15 league appearances last season after struggling with injury, sitting out the early part of the season with a ligament rupture and missing further games due to a hamstring injury.

Bellerin remains under contract at the Emirates Stadium until 2023, but PSG might just prove a tempting move for both the Spaniard himself and Arsenal.

Mikel Arteta is keen to add to his squad this summer, but he does need funds.

Though, there are other ways he can generate cash with Matteo Guendouzi unwanted and the likes of Alexandre Lacazette linked with moves away from North London.
