Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has released its merit list for class 10th exam 2019 today. PSEB officials held a press conference at 11:30 am today to announce the details of result. The board will declare the individual score of candidates tomorrow at 11:30 am.
A total of 85.56% students have passed the exam.
Neha Verma from Ludhiana district is the state topper under academics category. She scored 99.54% marks.
Nandini Mahajan, Ritika and Neeraj Yadav are the state toppers in Sports category. They scored a perfect 100%. Students under sports category get grace marks for their performance in sports apart from the academics.

As always, there are three toppers in academics list and three in sports list. The merit list carries names of candidates who have scored above 80%.
The PSEB class 10th exam was held from March 15 to April 2 in which 3.8 lakh candidates had appeared. Last year the pass percentage of PSEB class 10th was 59.47.
Candidates will be able to check their result tomorrow on the official website at pseb.ac.in. Students can check their result by entering their roll number.
