I was almost one of the fans of The Mandalorian who stopped as the credits rolled on an awesome Season 2 Finale … but then I remembered: shows like this one like to sneak in some fun stuff at the very end.
So: WATCH UNTIL THE VERY END!
What happened, exactly? A scene featuring what used to be the headquarters of Jabba the Hutt on Tatooine, with Bib Fortuna taking over as the head boss. Who should come down but Bobba Fett, who kills Fortuna and sits on a throne of sorts. Cut to “The Book of Boba Fett: Coming December 2021.”
What does that mean, exactly? Is that a spinoff, another Star Wars series coming in the near-future? A separate chapter of Season 3 of The Mandalorian?
If you’re a Boba Fett fan, you’ll be very happy.
