Mia Regan has teamed up with H&M on a new collab that leans into ease without losing its edge.
Released on July 17, the capsule is a considered take on summer dressing, with a palette of soft neutrals and pared-back silhouettes that signal a shift away from overt trend-chasing and toward something more instinctive.
Regan has long been part of the new guard redefining what it means to be influential in fashion. This collection mirrors that ethos: uncomplicated, thoughtful and rooted in wearability.
There are breezy gathered skirts and buckled capris, paired with asymmetric vest tops that are anything but basic – all reflective of her outdoorsy, whimsical nature.
It’s one of the most cohesive collaborations we’ve seen from H&M, rivalling those with high-end designers, likely because Regan had a major hand in the designs and creative direction. It feels personal, incredibly wearable, and wonderfully far removed from the toxic pull of microtrends.
The pieces are designed with layering in mind, though I reckon they’re refined and versatile enough to stand alone. An asymmetric knitted skirt, part of a matching set, can pair effortlessly with a raglan tee. Elsewhere, there’s a nod to Regan’s habit of blending tailored elements with something more low-key - she sports linen-blend trousers and a glittering bikini top with hair dripping after a dip in the sea.
H&M has been moving carefully in its approach to guest collaborations lately, favouring personalities who bring an editorial point of view as much as a following. Regan nails that bill.
She’s been a fixture on London’s fashion circuit since her late teens and has quietly carved out a space that feels both current and unusually grounded. There’s nothing overly glossy about this collection, and that seems intentional.
I’ve chosen my top picks from the edit - still in stock at the time of publishing - below.

H&M x Mia Regan Drawstring-detail linen-blend dress

This linen-blend midi has a drawstring waist that can be cinched or left loose, depending on your mood or the temperature. The barely-there shade goes with everything from chunky sandals to nothing but a woven tote and salty hair.

H&M x Mia Regan Extra-large canvas bag

Not just for the beach. This capacious canvas tote is the sort of bag you’ll end up using far more than expected. Structured enough to stand on its own, soft enough to fold under your arm, and big enough for a towel, book, bottle and whatever else summer throws at you.

H&M x Mia Regan Layered top

Nothing screams cool quite like an American-style raglan tee. Butter yellow may be trendy, but it’s also universally flattering and endlessly stylish. Throw it on with a flowing skirt or comfortable cargos for an instantly elevated ensemble.

H&M x Mia Regan Asymmetric knitted skirt and top

A set, but not overly matching. This asymmetric knit duo plays with shape and shadow, designed to be worn together but strong enough to stand alone. Style with sandals and minimal jewellery, or break it up with denim or a sharp trouser for something a little less expected. The top is £44.99, while the skirt is £64.99.

H&M x Mia Regan Canvas mini shorts

These structured canvas shorts sit just right on the hips, with clean lines and no fuss. They’re the sort of staple you forget you need - until they become the thing you wear on repeat. Pair with your favourite basic tee or throw over swimwear for low-effort balance.

H&M x Mia Regan Linen cargo trousers

Loose, long and endlessly wearable. These linen-blend cargos take their cues from 2000s silhouettes but come softened with a neutral palette and more grown-up fabrication. The straight leg hangs just off the floor, and I love the adjustable buckles on the hips.

H&M x Mia Regan Asymmetric vest top

This double-layered mesh top has a subtle architectural feel, with its asymmetric cut and curved seams.
Throw it on over swimwear, under tailoring, or with linen trousers for texture minus the bulk. It’s lightweight, breathable and ideal for days that blur into nights. My favourite bit? The subtle colour change to burgundy at the back of the vest.

H&M x Mia Regan Linen-blend mini dress

Easy, but considered. This mini dress is made from a breathable linen blend with a clean cut neckline that feels modern without being too sharp. It works just as well with slip-on sandals for day as it does with a blazer shrugged on after dark, and the watercolour-style motifs at the hem and the sleeve are delightful.
