PSA Small Apartment Owners: The Viral Urban Outfitters Vanity Has Returned in Every Pattern Worth Knowing This Season

Antique floral patterned Urban Outfitters Jane Vanity styled with vintage inspired beauty organizers and products.

Leopard. Cabana stripes. Polka dots. If there’s a pattern worth knowing this season, it’s already wrapped around the internet’s favorite cylindrical silhouette: the Jane Mirror Vanity & Stool Set by UO Home – a space-saving, mid-century-style piece that I, like seemingly half the internet, have yet to successfully buy, thanks to a steady cycle of sellouts.

Not that it needed a rebrand. The Jane Set has held its own in solid velvets since its initial release in early 2025, but if there was ever a moment to commit to this cleverly nesting duo, that time would be now. It has never been chicer, more of-the-moment, or more ‘worth’ the investment.

Alongside the new pattern plays, the viral makeup vanity now features a smarter construction, making it even more compact than before, with the stool sliding neatly underneath. The fold-down mirror conceals a hidden compartment for essentials, meaning this beauty hub can double as a desk in a small bedroom once you’ve wrapped up your daily ritual.

Loved by Lady Di and revived by Dries Van Noten for SS26, the perennially playful print now finds its way home in the most viral form. (Image credit: Urban Outfitters)

‘This new and updated version of the Jane Vanity is even more worth the tag,’ observes one reviewer. Compared to earlier iterations, ‘the mirror is safer to close with a sturdier hinge and adhesive pads to soften contact with the base. They used actual screws instead of glue, too. Thank goodness,’ adding, ‘Only note is my cat loves to scratch on it, so beware of your feline friends.’

It’s still a splurge, but as a style editor whose job is to stay on top of bedroom furniture drops across high and low, I’ve yet to see anything that really competes with this particular cylindrical silhouette. The earlier Janes walked so these little sisters could run – which is exactly what you should do if you’re even slightly interested. Shop the three styles I’m betting will fly first.

The Jane Vanity may have launched at the start of 2025, but this pattern-filled drop keeps it firmly in line with (and arguably ahead of) 2026 bedroom trends, from character and texture to the returning notion of the 'nook.'
