A group of protesters gathered outside Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen's Virginia home to blare audio of children wailing in agony after being separated from their parents at the U.S. border.
Activists, organized by CREDO Mobile, blasted clips of children crying "Daddy, Daddy" over and over again for Nielsen, who was believed to be inside her home at the time.
Nielsen is under fire for defending the Trump administration's "zero tolerance" policy, which has torn more than 2,000 migrant children from their parents.
The crowd also chanted, "No justice, no sleep!" and "Free the kids."
Earlier this week, protesters drove Nielsen out of the Mexican restaurant she was dining at.
