Protesters at the University of Wisconsin-Madison gathered at Library Mall on Wednesday to demonstrate, locking arms in solidarity. This came shortly after law enforcement dismantled tents earlier in the day. The University of Wisconsin-Madison Police Department reported that at least 34 individuals were arrested during the protest, with the majority being released without receiving citations.
Despite the arrests, a significant number of demonstrators remained in the area surrounding Library Mall as the day progressed. Tents were observed being set back up after the police had vacated the premises, indicating a continued presence of the protest.

During the demonstration, some participants were seen holding signs with the message 'Free Palestine,' drawing attention to global issues. Meanwhile, law enforcement officials monitored the situation from the outskirts of the encampment, maintaining a watchful eye on the unfolding events. Additionally, there were individuals who chose to stand silently with closed eyes, perhaps reflecting on the purpose and impact of their protest.
